Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed Monday - Friday between 9 am - 2 pm EST. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If you select In-Store Pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup orders placed outside of the processing times listed will be ready the following business day.
Items available for purchase on our online store may sell out in our retail store before your order can be processed. In this case in-stock items will ship immediately, with backordered items shipping as soon as they become available. There is no additional shipping fee for backordered items but ALL BACKORDERS WILL SHIP VIA BEST AVAILABLE METHOD – generally via US Postal Service. If you would like your backorder sent using a different shipping method please contact us. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipment if a different carrier is selected.
D&R Sports Center/VanDam Warehouse will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages whose shipping status shows as Delivered. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or non-current address. Please verify your shipping address has been entered correctly before submitting your order. You will be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges to re-ship an order that has been returned to sender due to invalid address.

Shipping to Canada/OCONUS:
Flat rate $19.99 for all orders shipping outside the Cont. US.
- ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING METHOD. You will receive a Shipment Notification email with shipping method and tracking number once your order is processed.
- Orders shipping via Best Method will ship either US Postal Service or UPS Ground, whichever is most cost effective. Your Shipment Notification email will indicate which shipping service was used.
- Trolling motors, fish finders/electronic units, and fishing rods ship via Best Method or UPS Ground only. Please call for pricing on expedited shipping. Shipping within the continental US only.
- Free Ground Shipping applies to all orders over $50 shipping via Best Method, within the contiguous U.S. only.
- Oversized items may have an additional shipping surcharge associated with them (i.e. trolling motors, fishing rods). These fees will be indicated in the product's description and will display in the Shipping Total at checkout.
- All items over $750 will be shipped with Adult Signature Required upon delivery.
- Orders requiring Saturday Delivery will incur additional shipping fees.

RETURNS: Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price. Electronics in new, unopened packages may be returned up to 14 days after purchase. Please include a copy of your Packing Slip and note the reason for return, and whether you are returning for refund or exchange. Original shipping fee will not be refunded. Return shipping charge is the responsibility of the customer. All returns are subject to inspection before a credit or exchange will be processed.
EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange for a different item please note the reason for return, and the size and style you would like as the replacement. (i.e. "Shirt is too small. Please send XL in same color.") Customer is responsible for return shipping charge, but we will cover the cost to ship the exchange.
Defective items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us to receive a prepaid return shipping label via email for the defective item. All warranty claims beyond the stated timeframe must be returned to the manufacturer.
