The HSS LifeLine by Hunter Safety Systems eliminates the need to move tree straps up and down as you ascend or descend the tree. On your first trip, install the LifeLine above your chosen stand height. Then simply slide the unique Prussic knot up or down the standing line as you move. In the event of a misstep, the LifeLine stops you wherever you happen to be in your climb. The LifeLine offers 100% protection, from the ground to your stand and back again.
The LifeLine is easy to install - simply loop it around the tree above your stand and tie off the other end at ground level. Once installed, it stays put during the entire season for easy in, easy out, even in the dark. Simply clip the included carabiner to your HSS harness and you're ready to climb. The special Prussic knot slides easily up and down the rope with one hand, yet locks in place if you happen to fall, stopping you instantly.
Redesigned for 2015, the HSS-REFLECTIVE LIFELINE™ features reflective material that “lights up” with the slightest flashlight beam to locate your stand in low-light conditions.
