The Weston Heavy-Duty Coated Freezer Paper with Cutter Box lets you dispense and cut heavy-duty freezer paper all in one convenient package. It's great for wrapping fresh meat, fish, vegetables, berries, and other foods for storage in the freezer. The heavy-duty 50/15 freezer paper provides a barrier to air and moisture, protecting the flavor and quality of frozen foods while preventing freezer burn and leaks.
The paper has a single-sided plastic coating that prevents sticking and seals in juices. Since the paper doesn't stick to food during thawing and freezing, packages are easier to unwrap. The heavier 50/15 paper resists tears and punctures to ensure food preservation. The convenient built-in cutter efficiently cuts the freezer paper without the need for scissors or tools. The freezer paper can also be used in the Weston Freezer Paper Cutter 83-4030-W (sold separately). The freezer paper works perfectly with Weston Freezer Tape 11-0202 (also sold separately). The large 15" x 150' roll with 1" core contains plenty of freezer paper for wrapping and freezing a variety of foods.
