I wear minimal base layers to be able to move comfortably while still staying warm.

ELEMENT+ FLT FLOATING SUIT BY NORFIN
I bought the suit late in the season and have yet to use it. The quality is pretty nice, especially for the price. Fit seems to be true to size, but if you want to wear heavy clothes under it you may want to go up a size. I wear a medium and the suit fits perfectly, but if I wear pants with long thermals the bibs are snug. Can't rate them on warmth yet. Hoping to get many years of use from them.
