I have used these for 10 years and catch walleye, bluegills, rock bass, smallmouth bass, perch, pike and sunfish with them. Troll at 1.0 mph, consistent outstanding results.

4lb and 8lb
Have been using both the 4lb version and the 8lb version. Seem to break a lot of back hooks with the 4lb version. They don't break when bringing fish in usually but after several unhooks. We have switched to the 8lb version and seem to have less line breakage and no difference in catching gills.
