The Baby Bio Craw is a finesse-sized version of the WM Bayou Bio Craw — an American-made soft plastic crawfish lure manufactured in Houston, Texas. Smaller profile than the original, designed for light-line finesse techniques targeting pressured bass. Same independently-moving claw design, scaled down for finesse applications.
Best for finesse presentations: Ned rig (3/16–1/4 oz mushroom head — the primary rig), drop shot (nose-hooked as a craw trailer 12 inches off bottom), shaky head (1/8–1/4 oz), and small Texas rig (1/16–3/16 oz in clear shallow water). Spinning gear recommended, 6–8 lb fluorocarbon.
Choose the Baby Bio Craw when: water is crystal clear, fishing pressure is high, bass are post-cold-front or finicky, targeting smallmouth bass on finesse tackle, or when bass are keyed on smaller crawfish. The full-size Bio Craw works better for flipping heavy cover, punching mats, and power fishing.
